The customer service was exceptional! I got responses back right away with an issue I had. I did not check product specifications and realized the lights I ordered were not compatible with my truck. They were very understanding and gave me 2 part options to fix the issue then shipped them to me free of charge. I will continue to use OPT7 for all my truck accessories!

My husband is so happy I purchased this product, he had a different one from another company but he loves this one.

Well here I am 6 months after getting them they’re finally on & look better than I expected. They got here rather quickly to.

Ordered magnets for light bar recommend putting two end ones about 2 inches in from end of light bar to Avoid pinch weld on the truck. Other than that love the brightness in reverse and overall function.

Customer service is good,they are very helpful. I would’ve given 5 stars if shipping wasn’t so expensive and I probably would order more items
