The exercise wheel was easy to assemble and worked well, but unfortunately it was not so easy to disassemble. Our cat refused to get on the track even with treats and toys as incentives. I think he was a little too old to change his ways (I don't know his age, because he adopted us as a lost cat who came to our door). My suggestion is to add instructions on how to disassemble the track, just in case it needs to be returned. It might be a good idea to describe how to assemble it first a little "loosely" (we had secured each join with a rubber mallet and that wheel was definitely secure), and stick on those pads a little "partially," just in case the cat does not accept the track (I pressed the pads on very securely and they were impossible to unstick). Our cat does enjoy the box it came in! The company was very responsive about our request to return the wheel, but in the end we were not able to disassemble and return it.

Very nice! It's nice they provide a video for instructions to make it easier to build. I ended up figuring it out myself though, even though I did make a mistake. I caught the mistake pretty quickly. While I was building it I knew it was going to be big (I premeasured the area), but it is a lot more shocking to see how big it is in person. The only thing is, is that you will probably need a more food motivated cat to use it. One of my cats that is food motivated and needed to lose weight learned how to use it pretty quickly. My other cat is having a harder time using it because he is a big scaredy cat. When the wheel moves, it makes very loud noises, and every time I lift him up on the wheel he likes to jump off of it. Not all cats are the same so I will just have to put a little more effort into training him. It might be the same for you, but you never know until you try it. If your cat needs to lose weight, or if you want them to stop running around the house like maniacs then it really helps. My cats don't run around the house like crazy anymore since we got the wheel too. My cat likes to use the wheel when she has a spurt of energy even when I am in another room and every time I hear it, it just makes me smile knowing she is happy to use it even without a treat. As of recently, the one using a wheel actually lost a pound already. I am really proud of her. (I don't know if it is supposed to be as loud as it is, but they do tell you in the description of the product how loud it will be.)

Please read through the policy because there are things that you won’t get refunded on. For example, my product came to me with some broken pieces and Installed the entire wheel to find out where that piece came from. Then I returned it and they were nice to waive the shipping fee. But upon returning everything, my cost to just try out the product was $55: $20 for attaching the pads and $35 for a restocking fee. Kinda a lot of fees to discourage one from actually trying it out. I wished my kitties understood the wheel and with training it still didn’t work for them. I wished I knew about the return policy prior to purchasing. I was not happy with the product arriving damage and it wasn’t a big deal but it cost me $55. Thank you One Fast Cat, I will not be a returning client. Good product If you can train the cat to use it.

I really like the treadmill, it was easy to put together and it is sturdy, nice looking, and smooth running. But I have had no luck with getting my cat trained on it. I have done treats, laser light, and toys. He will put two paws on it and get it going like that but that is about it.

Built mine on the dining table. The angle of viewing, flexing, and persuading the sections together seems much better than knee work. Soak the clips in hotter than tap hot water (130 degrees) in a pan. They flex better, don't break, and when wet, pop into position with less resistance. The finished wheel is pretty solid and not janky. The 'noise' is the seam breaks on the sections slightly clicking on the wheels. Pretty sure no noisier than others. The size is the bonus. Typical wooden flavors priced close are small wheels. Not good for a basic adult cat to stretch out running in. The generation 5 seems like a good solution seeing the prior models being a tad tricky to assemble. A rubber hammer or a heavy padded object may assist driving the base stand metal cross-bat to seat. They used to ship with a small rubber maul to assist the prior flex and pop design assembly. They should still include one for inserting that bar! Trust me, you need force.

Ace is a full breed Bengal kitten and he finally got his Fast Cat. He loves the wheel and caught on almost immediately. He really loves his box. Thanks for the exercise!!

After 11 months my bengal is finally comfortable in our home and giant dogs. (She’s a little slow don’t judge ha!). She loves it. Hasn’t gotten off it since I put her on it

Superb in all ways

Promises to be a good product. So far, I am still in the training stages with my cats. If I use chicken as an enticement, I can get them on for about 5 sec. at a time before they jump off. The wheel makes a noise, a sort of tick-tick-tick on every revolution. I am slowly getting them used to the noise. Hopefully they will eventually love the One Fast Cat.

Easy to assemble. My cat has been doing a little training session each morning for treats and its been 18 days and hes not afraid of it but still doesn't get on the wheel himself yet. I have to put him on i, and force him to walk a bit each time. He's slowly getting it. :)

We have four cats in a fairly roomy house. after the initial excitement and failure to train our fur babies , this sat in our family/ cat play room for two years. One day our newest rescue started running in it. then another stood by and waited her turn. it’s a fun activity for them.

Biggest thing I can say is give it time! A lot of cat owners I talk to end up selling their wheel after a few months because their cats don’t seem to be interested in it. My cats were the same way for about 6 months. I tried moving the wheel into a few spots and stopped trying to train them onto it and it has been a saving grace ever since! My oldest cat struggles with stress which leads to a lot of urinary issues and this wheel is his absolute best friend in my small apartment. Both my male cats are now loving it and they are either running on it or sitting on it. My oldest will even cry until I sit with him while he goes for a run. Point being, it is a life saver when it comes to stress relief as well as helping them with their zoomies. It has even helped my cats maintain a healthy weight. It is an investment no doubt but it has been an amazing one for my cats health and sanity.

It was perfect for my shorter cat, she loved to sprint on it. My other cat has longer legs and it seemed as though it was a little too small for her to run on so she preferred to walk. We bought our wheel three years ago and it did amazing for the first two. Unfortunately it became worn down due to use and started to slow down/have resistance so running on it became difficult. The tracks on it rubbed on the wheels as well adding more resistance. At about 2.5 years of having it we noticed the base plastic became malformed and now it barely turns at all. I was expecting it to last longer due to its price but it did make my cats very happy for a few years and provided a great form of exercise!

Eggo, my daughter’s Bengal immediately got on the wheel the moment she had it assembled. She does short bursts of speed to hot walks. The wheel shipped quickly, was relatively easy to assemble and has provided endless entertainment to a cat in a small apartment. It has moments of being a little noisy. We purchased 4 sound proofing 3” pads for the feet. Hopefully that helps with the noise transfer to my neighbors ceiling! It is amazing that a cat exercises them self! Check out the very first interaction when she walks a few steps with her front feet and then jumps on and goes for it! Fun to watch and great cat activity. Fabulous product!!!

Our bengal zendaya loves her one fast cat exercise wheel!!! She uses it everyday!! So grateful for this product! Great product for a reasonable price! I would recommend this to any cat owner!

Thanks to company for so great item and super-fast delivery. I am impressed. I paid on 10pm and received on next day afternoon! After assembling, I only for 30 minutes introducing this wheel to my 4 months kitten and let her to hear the sound of wheel. Next day I spent only 23 minutes using Lazer before my baby kitten start to run self! This is fantastic to watch how she running. She loves it. You have to be patient .Do not push your cat. Cat has fear for unknown item. To make wheel was easy and I spend may be 35 minutes. The most difficult was to use the second ring. When you place the clicks inside I recommend to place curve inside not outside. I have to replace several clicks. Our family is happy.

Our 2.5 year old took only a few days of treat training and has become addicted to the wheel over the last 2 months. We have a bird toy on a wire suction cupped to the floor that she also loves and keeps her motivated. But she really likes a human to talk to her when she runs. She is running half the night, and frequently through the day. Our 4 year old chubby cat has not tried and I can’t get her near the wheel because the little cheetah has claimed it as her own and interferes.
