I've had the wheel for a year and a half and it is still in great shape! Great Investment!

Excited to get the order. Only to find it was missing one of the center panels. Called on Monday and the missing part was sent out. It arrived and the wheel is now finally completely assembled. As I was told it is in being inspected by my cats. I’m sure it will be in use soon. It is big. Which is good. Had it all been in there when it arrived I’m sure I would have given my experience a great rating. Please be sure to check and count the parts received against the list before starting to assemble. I had the partially assembled wheel in my front room for a week. ;)

Super well made and aesthetically pleasing cat wheel! Fairly easy to put together and it arrived super fast. My cat loves going for a little walk on his wheel in the afternoons! Highly recommend!

Easy to put together, great size and quality, shipped fast, etc. unfortunately, my cats will not even get into it. I have watched the training video and tried to replicate. I think the cats in that video might just be very well trained cats haha 🫠

I’ve wanted one for awhile but was leery. I didn’t think they’d use it. But a friend of mine got one, and she posted her cat playing on it when she wasn’t even home. So I pulled the trigger. And I’m so glad I did. They love it. And it was so easy to teach them. We actually only needed to teach one of them. And he taught the rest. Not to mention one of the panels wasn’t perfect. I notified one fast cat. And not only did they replace it promptly but they gave us a whole new set of panels. If there were 10 stars. I’d give this product in stars. Highly recommend.

The instructional images are simple and easy to follow but some parts are labeled wrong. It took me less than an hour to put together. It's wobbly and a bit noisy (not too loud) but my 4 month old cat doesn't mind it. It only took 3 days for him to use it by himself whenever he likes without treats or toys utilized. My 6 month old kittens are absolutely obsessed with the cat wheel. I started them out sitting on the wheel while slowly turning it until they would walk. Within a few days, they were running on it. I highly recommend. It’s very entertaining and fun to watch them. Thank you One Fast Cat for making such a great product.

The One Fast Cat Wheel was easy to assemble and works great. Runs quiet and smooth. I am still trying to get my cats to use it, but Wolfie now knows how to run in it! So far she is the only one but I will work on the others.

My Onefastcat wheel is heavily used but has become wobbly and unstable I have ensured that all the connections are tight and I re enforced wherever it’s connected to make the wheel and it wobbles so bad it tips over now…? Help…

Arrived in great shape. Assembly was very easy and everything went together with no problems. My 8 month old Bengal loves this! Would reccomend!

Our cat loves the exercise wheel from one fast cat and so do we. It was also easy to assemble and quiet. We would definitely recommend especially for bengal cat owners.

Its perfect, My cat loves it, this is my second one, right now only one of my cats run but hoping to change that.

Easy to order, and easy to use. My cats were unsure at first but with a little encouragement they now run on it on their own. I used a toy, and even my hair (as they love to play with my hair) to get them going. The only thing I’ve had a problem with is that it does wobble a bit on carpet and that my cats chew on the foam pads but otherwise it’s been great :)

The OFC wheel arrived quickly. It looks great too. We did have a bit of difficulty assembling the wheel, but most of that was on us, although the black on black letters for aligning bits would be difficult for anyone with vision challenges. We had to contact customer support because the clips kept breaking! Replacements were provided in a timely fashion, so no complaints there. One of our beasties loves to scratch the liners. We currently have one set of each color replacement liners. Definitely prepared, but hoping she slows down on shredding everything! Any suggestions for hacking the wheel with light weight carpet panels? Or maybe OFC can do a deluxe liner set?

Best cat wheel on the market!!!!!

I bought my OFC over 4 years ago. It took a bit of time for my Savannah Cat (KoKo) to take to the wheel, but once he did, he would go crazy on it. I don't know if he would just get bored or what, but out of the blue, he'd walk over to it, jump on and run as fast as he could. Late last year, one of the base end panels broke, and I ordered a replacement pair. And KoKo was a happy kitty again. Well, he runs fast and hard, and four months later, the panel broke again. I contacted customer service, and it was then that I truly realized what an incredible company this was. Customer service asked for some pictures. Then, they sent me an email stating that they would be sending to me their new heavy duty base unit at no charge. And then, they reimbursed me for the end panels that I had purchased earlier. The new and improved base unit came in yesterday, and I have one really happy KoKo and OFC has a dedicated customer for life.
