So far I like everything about this, quick delivery, easy to put together and cats are excited about it. They are still in training and after few runs, I got my camera and I think she was starting to get a little flustered for not getting to toy. I love it and have two more cats to train yet.

Griffin just loves his wheel. Life was boring till we introduced the Cat Exercise Wheel 6th generation to Griffin. He actually meows for someone in the house to supervise his running on the wheel. He waits for someone to come watch him as he runs on the wheel, and then expects a clap of the hands as he comes to the end of his run. This continues all day long! Never a dull moment!

Very good for the money. A little noisy but I guess it’s expected. Both our bengal cats took right to it and jump on it when they have extra energy. The wheel covers could be a lot better than the cheap plastic covers that keep falling off but it’s not that big of a deal. I realized very fast that the pads will wear out fast so I had to buy new ones just to make sure I have them when they need to be replaced. They’re just stick on pads and one of my bengals started chewing them so that can be an issue. Overall though, good for the money!

This wheel was very easy to assemble. My youngest cat loves it! She took to it right away. When she runs at full speed it is a little noisy but overall not a bother to us. Would definitely recommend to anyone with energetic cats!

Works well, easy to put together. They e-mailed a video over which was very helpful. I busted one of the smaller pieces trying to put it together as they are a little tough to get into the hole, but they provided 1 extra of those pieces. I also didn't put the grips on close enough together so the last one overlaps, not a big deal but just be sure you put them on right next to each other. My younger cat knows how to use it although the noise it makes distracts him and maybe even scares him a little bit so it is hard to get a decent session. I saw people replace the wheels with some inline skate wheels to reduce the noise so I am going to try that soon. I am happy with it for the price, compared to other way more expensive wheels. I do wish it were quieter so I didn't have to modify.

Great service replacing shipped broken parts. Item is OK. For the money I was hoping for a better quality base made of metal for reduced wear. I give the wheel an 5, the base a 1, and the soft pads a 1.

Wheel went together easily even with Kiara's help. I couldn't get it together fast enough.

I purchased the replacement LED wheels. My cat was a little concerned about the lights at first, but he got used to them pretty quickly. I really like that the LED wheels are quieter than the ones that came with the exercise wheel. They're rounded in profile, where the original ones are flat (you can see the difference in the demo video).

When unpacking the wheel we noticed several pieces were cracked and broken. We notified customer service and they sent replacement pieces. That was disappointing, it seems like they sent us a previously used wheel. However when we received the replacement parts and assembled the wheel our new Abyssinian kitty Remi took to it immediately and uses it daily, so in the end we’re pretty happy.

Package arrived one day early. Unit was easy to assemble and seems to be well engineered. I ordered the unit in Snow Leopard with a Chetah replacement pad. Got the replacement pad right but the package marked “Snow Leopard” contained black EVA padding. I went ahead and installed the black padding but, you should audit your inventory to see if there’s more incorrectly labeled product. The cats have sniffed it all over and don’t seem too freaked-out. I expect that this’ll be a bit of a process.

I had some issues with the little push clips snapping due to the cold. HOWEVER they were quick to ship me more. I soaked the clips in hot water and they all worked and snapped in placed properly. Rather easy to assemble with the video they send you before it arrives. Great customer service the reply fast and fix any issues fast. Highly recommend this wheel. My cat is 5.5 months old and caught on right away now he's tearing it up running as fast as he can. Thank you for great service!!

I have two Sphynx , Quiser that turned 1 in March and Chaz will be a year in August. Quiser is still a little cautious of the wheel but Chaz tool to it right away. I do wish the outside of the will looked a little nicer. All of those little grooves are hard to clean. All of those little grooves are hard to clean.

I am extremely impressed with my experience with this company. The wheel itself is great and my cats LOVE it so much! I wasn't sure if they would enjoy it but they took to it right away with minimal training (just a few sessions with some treats was all it took). But what really impressed me was the customer service. The base of our wheel ended up with a crack in it and the company sent us a replacement base at no additional charge. Now our kitties can keep on trucking and zooming on their wheel :)

I bought the wheel for my 20 week old Maine Coon kittens, Larkin & Winter. After 1 session of treat training, Winter is in love with the wheel already and goes on it without any treats. Larkin isn’t so sure but it’s only 2 days since I built it so it’s early days!

We had one of these donated to the rescue about 2 years ago and almost every foster loves it. Cher our Maine Coon polydactyl particularly likes to keep her svelte figure by running every morning EARLY and frequently during the day.

Product was a little bit difficult to put together, but instructions were generally good. There could have been a little bit more specificity in the videos and pictures.

Arrived fairly quickly. It was pretty easy to assemble. I did break a couple of the clips at first but had a couple extra. I have a Bengal he plays on it often.

We have 25 rescues and of the 25 two of them love this wheel. We had it in the middle of the room and no one used it. They would lay on it and get on it when prompted with a red dot. We moved it to behind a recliner out of view and now two of them run on it daily. We tried moving it back into view and they stopped running on it. Its made out of plastic but is quite rigid and well made. Its easy to put together and light enough to take outside and clean. I highly recommend the wheel as our cats who use it love it. Don’t expect them to use it right away. My wife was about to throw it away when we moved it out of sight and then noticed two of them started to run on it. As with anything and cats it takes time and patience.

I’m not sure how long the traction pads are supposed to last but I just ordered my second replacement set … I don’t mind… I’m thrilled they use this wheel so much!
