Recently, the customer service and delivery has improved significantly, but I was happy with it before. Such a pleasure to shop on the site, so easy to use.

ROYAL MAIL messed up my delivery but Omorovizca swiftly sent me a replacement.

Excellent service and I enjoy taking part I the promotional exercises where I can try expensive products before splashing out on full-size items. On the whole I am gaining confidence in ordering new products from Omorovicza. Very few 'failures' really.
