I found the website a bit clunky and misleading but Omorovicza customer services were excellent in sorting it all out for me so that I got what I wanted.

ROYAL MAIL messed up my delivery but Omorovizca swiftly sent me a replacement.

Excellent service and I enjoy taking part I the promotional exercises where I can try expensive products before splashing out on full-size items. On the whole I am gaining confidence in ordering new products from Omorovicza. Very few 'failures' really.
