Delivery was ok but was not sure when it is arriving. Communication on delivery is not great sadly. I would expect more when i spent so much mo ey on the products. Also quite slow delivery. Products are lovely.

Delivery was on time, packaging impressed me and the only thing I am disappointed about is the size of the free samples. For the price of the products, I would expect at least 5ml samples with purchases not 2ml. Otherwise, good service.

My order always arrives promptly, a very good delivery service. I feel this is an ethical company, the points are a big plus together with the occasional sale. Products last a long time, and although not the cheapest I feel it's good value for money.

The product I used to buy, the entry level serum in your portfolio is gone. In its stead is a pricier version which I was for a time forced to upgrade to. But not anymore. I have found a better alternative—in both quality and affordability—in Borghese’s Insta Serum
