The earring broke after one wear. The center tear drop “gem” is plastic-y, broke/chipped, and fell out of the casing. I am extremely disappointed.

I’ve had the best shopping experience, love the way the website is organized by earring style or occasion. The most memorable touch though, which really prompted me to continue shopping in the future, is the note I received in the box of my first purchase (wedding earrings). The printed card said I was the occasion, but was signed by someone. That small act gave me a lot of joy leading up to a very important day in my life. I’m so thrilled to have found y’all!

You have beautiful accessories and I am a big fan. There's always room for improvement. You advertise products that are mostly sold out. It's frustrating. I prefer not to see it on your website once it is sold out. Videos are good. The way the products are shown is not consistent. Box packaging is okay but what will be better is a transparent or clear box to keep the product in so one can visually see it right away instead of looking through and opening all the bags to see what is inside.

I truly love it. Shipping was quick and packaged nicely. The sparkle and elegance was just perfect for my wedding day.
