Chain not as expected. Very thin and kinked easily. I liked the stones though. And the extender wasn’t returnable even though I had to return the necklace.

Product came damaged.

I was shipped a gold bracelet when I ordered a silver. I have been waiting over 72 hours for an exchange shipping label and no label and no response. Sadly, I will be returning 3 items because my event is in 2 weeks and I can't get this company to send a label or respond

my boyfriend bought me the 3 ring stack that was out for valentines day this year (2026). the rings were beautiful upon arrival but we were both disappointed in their quality and durability. i am not exaggerating when i say within the first 1-2 weeks the rings were tarnished and the plating is wearing completely off. i honestly question if they are form shein and resold for a higher profit. i would never recommend purchasing from this company. the quality for dollar amount is embarrassing.
