I got my Elora drops for my wedding and they’re so beautiful and lightweight. I cannot wait to wear them

I placed an order for 6 sets of their Bryn drop earrings over a month and a half ago. When they arrived I got 5 of the 6 and 1 pair was a different earring. I emailed customer service and didn’t hear back for a week. Wrote another email and got a response finally! They said they would give me the correct pair and ship it to me with 2 weeks as it was there mistake they messed up. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now and have sent 3 follow up emails with no response. My wedding is in 2 weeks and I need them asap and am not about to spend more money than I already have for the earrings. Absolutely the worst customer service so please do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them so you don’t have to deal with it.

I ordered a ring for myself and my friend and mine arrived with a stone that was not set properly, my friend had her stones fall out of hers after wearing it carefully. The gold plating didn’t really last long either on mine. Beautiful jewelry, quality could be improved. I got a replacement ring and they gave her a gift card that didn’t quite cover the cost to replace hers, she also couldn’t use the gift card on sale items.
