Tried some other manufacturers and went with this model because of price. Comes close to being top tier but there's no question where your extra money could have gone

I purchased the chair a few months ago, and it was one of the best purchases I have made during Covid. Everyone that gets in the chair is amazed by the massage that this chair delivers. I think most people think of massage chairs, like the ones in nail salons, but this one is a million times better. I have already had 2 friends purchase one, after using this one. It has great programs, and a wonderful availability to target certain areas, and use various types of massage. Use it all the time, and will continue to.

I love my massage chair specially the zero gravity . and I'm very happy on how Ogawa handled a small issue . I used to suffer from back pain and lower back pains but the massage chair is my go to and always helps alleviate my pain . I'm Very happy I can now get a massage anytime at the comfort of my home .

LOVE it!! Use it several times a day to keep me limber and pain free. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Ogawa. I do have a recommendation though for Ogawa. As is you have to navigate through several screens to tweek the adjustments to my liking. The screen is big enough to place all choices and adjustments on one screen. Makes a difference when you are trying to relax rather than playing with the settings.

I use it everyday after tennis or golf. It helps to relief lower back. The chair has multiple programs to choose from and it is easy to use. The purchase process was very easy and I recommend Ogawa.

I love the massage chair. The only concern I have is that the right speaker vibrates and is annoying. I reach out to customer service when I have a chance.

I am a therapist that specializes in addiction and anxiety. I have just completed The Relax Room for my patients and this Ogawa Refresh Plus is the main event in the room. I diffuse essential oils and have multiple Himalayan Salt lamps along with sounds of moving water and guided hypnotherapy. Patients ease back into the chair. We go to zero gravity and the experience begins. The patients love it and it really helps calm their anxiety. It is hard to believe how well this chair can give you a full body massage. Just recieved my ogawa chair fantastic. I had back surgery 12/31/2018. Talked To Rick about a chair. That I could bypass my lower back which had fusion surgery just for the time being. Rick help me with what I was wanting. Everything is perfect

It was the perfect chair for what I needed. Its small and compact and very easy to use in my home. I'm only 4 foot 11 inches so the size was great for me. I like that I can remove the back pad to get a massage and keep in place when I want to relax in the chair. I spoke with Rick and he was great, overall great experience.
