I live in LA and got my chair the same week I ordered!

Delivery took a little longer than I expected so I sent a follow-up. They were quick to respond and was transparent about the cause of delay. I was also planning to set up the massage chair in our room in the second floor but the delivery team advised against it due to the lay out of our stairs. I could have forced it but decided to take their advice and it all worked out well in the first floor.

Tech Support is prompt in addressing our questions.

I bought a chair on amazon and it was not at all for me. I learned my lesson and decided to purchase from a reputable brand. I made a great choice :)

Since day one I am always looking forward to having a massage. I feel way better after a 4 miler run. Oh, I forgot to mentioned that the Customer Service Representative when I order my massage chair was very communicative throughout the process and last but not the least, the 3rd party company that set up my massage chair did an awesome job setting it up and letting me know when it is going to be delivered.

Ordering, shipping, delivery all spot on. Everything was as stated by the manufacturer!

I know Ogawa from living in china, and I knew when I came to the US I was definitely going to buy one.
