I paid for the set up service. The men were professional and personable. They took time to answer my questions and made sure I understood.

An almost flawless transaction to be had. I say almost due to the shipping company associated with the transport of this chair. Less than stellar, as I had to go and get the chair from the transport hub instead of getting the home delivery advertised on the website during the purchase. Yes it almost seems unfair, but Ogawa used this company to ship my product, I didn't get a choice. Otherwise, nothing went outside of the expected time frame, customer service responds to emails on time as expected.

Rcvd a present but due to injury, could not use it. Great World City Outlet/Randy was patient. Listened to my issues n made recommended products to exchange for the one I could not use. Even suggests we leave the bulky items in the shop wen we want to get a cup of coffee! Highly recommended outlet to shop for Ogawa products! He will let u try anything n not pushy at all!
