Love love love this subscription service. Incredibly convenient and such a good deal. We love the feather air comfort in our household and have been using it for a while now. Delivery was prompt and thank you for the surprise Whale! Baby girl loves it!

this was the N times i purchased, however it was an unpleasant experience where online status stated shipment is fulfilled while i yet to receive. n when i query, the EM team did not respond at all, until i queried again, then only immediately rectified. i sincerely wish will not happen again in the future
