hi, i purchased this at the tce baby expo and requested size NB. it’s also clearly marked as NB on my receipt. however, when i collected my items at the counter, the staff gave me size L instead. my baby hasn’t even been born yet so i have no use for size L at the moment. could you please advise me on the solution and how i can exchange it for the correct NB size? i understand i should have double checked before leaving counter but since the receipt already shows NB. i hope you can help resolve this. thank you.

I bought your diapers because of the Kapten Batik advertisement. Your promotional photo showed that buyers would receive diapers, skincare products, and the Kapten Batik design pouch bag. However, the pouch bag I received does not match the one in your advertisement.

Good value for money under this bundle. The diaper did not hold as much liquid as expected, especially when my toddler drinks plenty of water. However, it is still worth purchasing as the bundle allows you to try the shampoo and body oil which I think can buy and try if want to explore
