Unfortunately, my 2025 Broncos Premiership jersey arrived damaged in transit. I contacted customer service straight away and spoke with Petula and Emma. Both were extremely helpful and made the process of resolving the issue much easier. Definitely be a returning customer in the future.

Great items and a BIG surprise with the Pre-Order being its own Limited Edition run. Probably the only 'issue' I have is, when there are multiple items for an order, you have no idea which item is being sent - just 'an item' is on its way. Other than that 'little' I would have said 5 Stars (make it 4. 5 if that was possible)
