The product was top shelf as is everything from here but it took forever to arrive. This normally wouldn’t be a problem but it was for a mates 60th. It was quicker getting the Demons signed jumper after the 2021 GF during covid than it was to get a jumper that the game that he he was going to break the record was predetermined weeks in advance. Anyway my mate loved his gift so all is well. Thanks

I have had multiple purchases with Official Nemorobilia with nearly all being an easy positive experience only 1 which was an issue with a Certificate that comes with the guernseys wasn’t how aI would have liked. I emailed them but got no response so that is very annoying lucky I have someone at my club I support follow it up for me and the situation was rectified.

I’ve received a lot of products from official memorabilia and I have never had any issues with them. All products arrive in a good timeframe along with great packaging and great communication during processing times

Very pleased with my purchase. Arrived within the time frame given by the company.

The item was initially misplaced on collection. No emails to alert shipping had been sent so it was only my follow up that we were able to track item to a facility. The finishing on the frame lacked quality control and was not correctly aligned at the corners causing evident and visible gaps. Pictures have been sent to product review. I have bought many high value framed items that have been outstanding so was disappointed with this purchase that should have been properly checked during quality control prior to shipping.
