Amazing service, and keep you updated on the progress of your orders. Very efficient

Easy to order and great feedback on where the order was in transit

Great experience

The service and updates were perfect, thanks team

Only problem was when trying to place the order there was payment transaction issues and the money was returned to my account which caused stress and fees with my banking institution.

Great communication by the team, product amazing

The service was fantastic, great communication on product etc, however the product i wasn't so happy with unfortunately I took measurements into consideration and when it arrived it was so much smaller than a normal 3XL football gurnsey and didn't fit. We wanted to wear this product and unfortunately its not true to size.

Great communication throughout process from selection of memorabilia to receiving item

I have been dealing with official Memorabilia for over 15 years now and let’s say I miss the old staff. The warmth the helpfulness and enthusiast from a current staff member and there response when asking for a certain staff members for a call back is now no longer there. It’s more of whatever and bye the service provided now. They say every staff member is replaceable. Well I’m sorry to tell you today that is so untrue. The art form of public relations and just responding and talking to people on the phone now is long gone. A Certain staff member needs to be reminded that without the customers they’re speaking and dealing with they do not have a job and get paid.

Awesome as always

The signed Lithograph is just amazing and takes pride and place on our wall.
