Both items were so well packed, not at a fault with either item. Both items are now proudly on display with other special items but with my beloved Brisbane Broncos breaking their 19 year drought, these items are VERY special as a reminder in being actually at the Grand Final with my eldest son witnessing the WIN. An experience we will both cherish for ever in our hearts. ❤️

Excellent service and brilliant product

$2500 for a frame that came damaged and split in the corner. The frame was no different from what I would expect from Kmart. The acrylic glass is so reflective. I’ve ended up taking my signed jersey to get re framed and new glass. Terrible customer service no apology. The my did cover the costs of a new frame. But for the money paid I would expect better quality, you basically need to add another $1200 to your item to get a decent frame and glass

Showed up right on time

Ordered on 15/10 and not delivered until 2 days before Christmas. Caused a great deal of stress and anxiety wondering if the parcel would ever arrive in time for Christmas (as it was a present for a grandchild). Would not deal with your company again and have also not recommended your services. POOR SHOW

The item took 2. 5 months to arrive. I thought that was a bit extreme. Also the signatures on the jersey are very faint (not like the image I purchased from) so its not really obvious its a signed memorabilia collectable until you get up very close to it. Overall its ok, but for the price I paid I was hoping for a better result.
