Excellent service arrived on time highly recommended
I paid nearly $90 for overnight shipping and expected a smooth process. I placed my order on a Tuesday, but by Thursday I was told I needed to confirm my VIN, which caused a delay. After confirming, I then received a call saying one of my parts was out of stock. Understandable — things happen. I specifically asked the rep to ship the rest of the order immediately since I needed the parts for a weekend repair. The rep agreed. A few hours later, I got another call telling me FedEx “forgot my package on the desk” and now I wouldn’t receive anything until the following week. At that point, I requested to speak with a manager regarding a refund for the overnight shipping charge. I was told the manager was “at lunch. ” Weeks later, I’m still waiting for that call back.

Brake pads arrived in great shape in a timely manner.
Everything was good except for the delivery source. USPS took forever to deliver. They sent 16 different notices of where it was in transition. At one point it was at our local post office and then sent to Gainesville ga and back again. There are better ways to send . USPS is so behind the times.
Advertised the wrong item and didn’t want to right their wrong wasn’t even sorry about it but never again will I ever order anything from this company they need to correct their internet listening.
The parts staff was very helpful for me being a first time customer and I received my Honda parts in a expedient time frame.

Item was as ordered. Shipping was quite delayed
Despite being careful to select a regular front headlight ( I double checked that I selected regular versus high beam) and I even entered the vehicle VIN the wrong part arrived at my house. I emailed to ask how to return that part and was told it was what I ordered and there was no way to return it. The casket is an entirely different size. The person was rude and said it was my fault for ordering the wrong part. I drove 10 minutes to an auto parts store and easily found what I needed, so next Time I'll skip this website altogether.
