Never got parts
The box that was delivered was open on one side. Luckily, the items I ordered were still in the box. Also, there was someone else’s invoice in the box, which of course had their name, address, etc. That means there is a good chance my invoice was probably stuffed in someone else’s order with all my information. I hope they’re not a scammer. I shredded the invoice I received.
employees are great, parts are laget, but if you need the part in a reasonable time order from somewhere else, shipping is awlful. i will not order from this company again un til shipping changes.

If the clips were included to secure the cap, I would rate it 5 stars. Now, I have to purchase clips in order to use the end cap.

I paid nearly $90 for overnight shipping and expected a smooth process. I placed my order on a Tuesday, but by Thursday I was told I needed to confirm my VIN, which caused a delay. After confirming, I then received a call saying one of my parts was out of stock. Understandable — things happen. I specifically asked the rep to ship the rest of the order immediately since I needed the parts for a weekend repair. The rep agreed. A few hours later, I got another call telling me FedEx “forgot my package on the desk” and now I wouldn’t receive anything until the following week. At that point, I requested to speak with a manager regarding a refund for the overnight shipping charge. I was told the manager was “at lunch. ” Weeks later, I’m still waiting for that call back.
