They were awesome and helped me get the correct part for my Civic

I went to OEM Honda Parts Warehouse to get a replacement gas cap for my Civic. Do, I did a search for “gas cap” and ordered what looked like the right part. It only said “cap” but it looked right (small picture. ) When it came, it was an OIL cap. It was $35 w/ shipping and I’m not inclined to try again as I’ve discovered that gas caps come vented or unvented and there doesn’t seem to be any awareness with suppliers that the Civic is an unvented cap and will send you a vented cap in ignorance. No thanks.

Vague, misleading return policy

They use left and right to reference parts. It is much easier to use driver or passenger side. I needed a fog light bezel for driver side but the passenger side showed up cause I’m not sure if left/right is when you are behind the wheel or from another vantage point. And to make it even worse they don’t allow returns.

Website was easy to use and had the OEM parts. It was a little more expensive but the factory electrical part will last longer than something from Amazon.

The 2 filters were affordable. The shipping was atrocious! Each filter was a little over $20 bucks and the shipping was a few cents under $20 buck for 2 items that weighed under 2 lbs. Said it was expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is a premium delivery method that gets your items to you faster than standard shipping. Usually arriving in 1 to 3 days, it bypasses standard slow-moving ground routes by utilizing air transit or dedicated, non-stop freight. Well that's the definition, but that's not what I got! I paid for expedited shipping, but got STANDARD shipping. It was ordered on 5/28 it was shipped on 5/29 and it was delivered on 6/3 after 1pm 6 days, that is not expedited shipping! I would assume that's why the price is not printed on the label. Y'all owe me a partial refund on the shipping.
