I was trying to purchase a hood for my CRX. It was for sale on the site, but the next day I received a message that it was no longer in production, so the order was automatically canceled. I feel the website should be updated to prevent the sale of unavailable parts.

The drawing and description of the part I ordered was not helpful so I ended up ordering the wrong part.

I sent an email with a question about the part I was ordering and I heard back the next day.

I ordered two fuel door clips for the Accords in my vehicle fleet. . . . paid for two clips. . . . . only received one.

Never got parts

The box that was delivered was open on one side. Luckily, the items I ordered were still in the box. Also, there was someone else’s invoice in the box, which of course had their name, address, etc. That means there is a good chance my invoice was probably stuffed in someone else’s order with all my information. I hope they’re not a scammer. I shredded the invoice I received.

employees are great, parts are laget, but if you need the part in a reasonable time order from somewhere else, shipping is awlful. i will not order from this company again un til shipping changes.
