Y’all gave me the wrong part

I try extremely hard to only use OEM parts on my car, especially for things I can do myself, like my air filters. Prices were excellent, the site was easy to use, and shipping was fast! I will be back next time.

It took pretty long, around two weeks, to get wiper blades refills. No unexpected but still…long Another little detail - I had to trim rubber refills to make them fit for some reason. But now they are good and we will see how good the quality is with time

I was trying to purchase a hood for my CRX. It was for sale on the site, but the next day I received a message that it was no longer in production, so the order was automatically canceled. I feel the website should be updated to prevent the sale of unavailable parts.

The drawing and description of the part I ordered was not helpful so I ended up ordering the wrong part.

I sent an email with a question about the part I was ordering and I heard back the next day.
