I ordered a lock rod holder for the front door lock. After taking the door apart I discovered the part was not the correct one for my 1997 CR-V. It appears to be for some other model configuration, and did not match the schematic picture on the website. The part price was only 82 cents, but with shipping/tax it cost me over $11. I did not have the time or patience to deal with returning/reordering so I made it work with a zip-tie…not the ideal situation. I will not order from these folks again.

I cut my cost of a dealer cabin air filter replacement service by 75%. Filter arrived in 2 business days and DIY task completed in 15 minutes. Appreciate using OEM filter rather than having the dealer do it with aftermarket version and charge 3-times as much for the task.
