they sent this right out, but fed(up)ex wouldn't deliver it the last 35 miles to my house for 4 days. i don't know what companies are supposed to do, but fedex (and usps, for that matter) can't seem to deliver packages in a timely manner. nydirect is fine, but don't be in a hurry.
