Poor shipping service but product seems to be good quality and quiet

When I ordered this from a plumbing supply house, I never thought it would be executed flawlessly quickly and efficiently, it was. I ordered it on a Friday afternoon and received it on a Sunday, that was amazing!

This was a very easy purchase and arrived super fast. Very pleased with the service and immediate response to a question I had. Price was also extremely reasonable.

Tank showed up in perfect condition. I purchased the same model that previously was in my home for 26 years. Fit was spot on.

Great service! Great price! 👍

Great price! Fast delivery! A great experience!

It came sooner than I expected, and it was a great price!

Just did one on previous page

Easy to order. Good price. Free shipping. Arrived as projected. What more could you want?

Great!

My tank arrived damaged and I had to fight with them to get them to refund it and they’ve been very unhelpful scheduling a pick up and refunding me

Received the tub within one week of ordering. Well-constructed tub and very large!

Ordered a replacement sump pump battery online. It was shipped that same day, and I received it within a few days. Super prompt turnaround with shipping, surprised me, especially for how much a battery weighs. Thanks much!

Quick and as advertised!

It's in doing great and the pictures on your sight helped me choose the correct one! Thanks Ohio NY Direct.

Fast shipping, good value.

Ordered the updated replacement battery for my sump system on Easter and had it on Tuesday. Arrived in perfect condition. Would buy from NYDirect again. Thank you.

Good and easy transaction. 4 star rating because 5 star means perfection and there always room for perfection.

It still hasn’t been delivered!

Quick shipping and great price.
