The unit itself works fine, but there is one fatal flaw with this product. It sparks when being plugged in. I contacted the customer service department, they told me that this is apparently normal, but I find it to be a design flaw that is extremely dangerous and can end up hurting somebody. As a safety measure, I requested a new unit because I wanted to make sure the unit I got wasn’t a defective one, however the customer service at Nutriteam would not issue me one. It does not seem they have the regard for safety as they claim. Be very careful with this product. If even one drop of moisture is in the vicinity of the plug, it can spark. Might be hard to manage since this is after all, a water machine.

In the beginning, my distiller was working very well but after a few days, it stopped showing dirt. I don’t know what is going on. Please let me know. Thanks

My distiller stopped working properly after many, many years of regular use. So glad I was able to find parts on the nutriteam website instead of buying a whole new unit. $65 for a new top and my unit is functioning just like brand new. Great product! Super fast shipping!
