I cannot overstate how disappointing both this distiller and the company’s customer service have been. I wish I had seen the negative reviews beforehand—I'm not sure how I missed them. The distiller itself is poorly made, with cheap parts and flimsy glass. Mine stopped working within two months. When I reached out to customer service, it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking for help. Instead of taking accountability, they repeatedly blamed me for the issue. After enduring their finger-pointing, I finally asked them to take a look in the mirror. Eventually, they admitted that a faulty rubber piece was to blame and sent a replacement. It still didn’t work. Then, they sent a new top piece, but it was a completely different color than what I originally purchased—so now it doesn’t even match. This entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I cannot recommend this distiller, nor can I recommend this company.

My only complaint is the price. It would help if I could send back the faulty part and get the new one at a discount.

You guys are the best! I have bought 2 distillers, in a 15 year periodI They last forever, and the newer distiller collection bottles have been designed to not spill over the edge when pouring into a collection container! So good! Thank you Nutriteam!

I was very pleased with your product.

Product works fine. I put it in glass containers when process is done. It pours easy, just wish it was a little bigger so it was not filled up to the brim when done to reduce chance of spilling. Economical. Prefer glass container, but this one is economical.

There was a mistake on my order that still hasn't been corrected.

The above order was promptly shipped and received, no problems. But order #58640 was short 1 reset button assembly.

I appreciate being able to get a little bit of humidity in my room. I am a shot in in an assisted living facility.

I ordered another 943T distiller base can to replace my other can I bought from you in 2016. After the first time using this new one, it left a dark brown ring about 2" tall about 1" from the top. My original can from 2016 did not do that.

Had problem locating correct part because no list of parts available to select from with picture.Reset was installed with thermal mastic sent regular silicone.I have a/c stuff.
