Product not received
The place an order on August 20th and have yet to receive my order over a month later. I have contacted the company MULTIPLE times and have received no response in return. My credit card has been charged of course. The customer service of this company is horrible. Even if I receive this order, I will not be ordering from them again.

Nutr life changing but learn curve
I have made delicious macademia, hazelnut, walnut, etc. milk but failed at making rice milk completely and must re-read the recipe. This machine is a perfect little wonder though, worth it so much.

I’VE REQUESTED A REFUND!!
I ordered this machine on August 27, 2023. After 2 weeks of no shipping notification, I emailed the company and no one responded. A week later I emailed again and no one responded. I finally got a shipping notification this week and the machine arrived yesterday but I had to pay Duties and Brokerage fees of $67.17. No where on their site or while checking out did they mention any extra fees. I believe the ROUTE shipping was supposed to cover all these costs. I tried the Nutr this morning. I followed the instructions and I had to run the cycle twice and it was still extremely chunky. This machine does not work and it was expensive. I emailed the company to tell them and ask for a refund, but I don't expect to hear back from them as I have emailed them a few times over the last few weeks. I would like a full refund including the duties and brokerage fees. I have the UPS invoice for this amount.

Great Concept, Terrible Customer Service
I got my Nutr Machine and started using it almost right away, every day. After about 10 days, it just stopped working--wouldn't power on, light up, make any sort of noise. I reached out to customer service for help and got no response. I tried reaching out to different emails, social media accounts, NOTHING! So, I started a return form and have had no updates on that in over a month. Now I have no machine at all (since I wasn't going to keep a broken one) and am out the money I paid for it. Great product if it works for you. But, if it doesn't, consider yourself SOL.

Your Customer Service Sucks & Your Machine Malfunctions

I tried the hot setting for the first time and it malfunctioned, completely overflowing and exploding the contents like a volcano. Support wanted video of what the machine was doing, I didn't want to repeat the scenario and I was afraid to use it again. When I did decide to try again the machine doesn't work at all now. I sent in videos of it not working, but got no response. I started a new support request but still haven't got contacted, so now I'm reviewing. I want this to be made right. I want a full refund since this happened before the 30 days were up.

Just made our first oatmilk batch. Love that we can make it how we want - texture is great! Can’t wait to make other types.

Great milk, totally unreliable
I received my first Nutr and was IN LOVE. It made so many great nut milks, and I was using it every day and telling literally everybody I knew how great it was. About 2 months after I purchased it just stopped working. I reached out to customer service, got a replacement, and within 3 weeks the replacement stopped working as well. Customer service then completely ignored all of my emails, and I never received any response back. I was extremely diligent in cleaning and ensuring no water touched the device, but that’s essentially impossible, as the self clean cycle does not fully clean. Super super disappointed in the customer service and unreliability of the product, as I had truly loved it. Switched to a more reliable, robust brand and have had zero issues.

Broken in less than a year
I bought my machine last December and it's already broken. Just completely stopped working. I messaged customer service several times and no-one has gotten back to me. Don't waste your money.

The machine doesn't work and nobody seems to be running the company. Might be a scam.
Today is September 10th. I sent you my first e-mail 26 days ago, on August 15th, and then again on August 21st, then again on August 26th, but I haven’t received a response from Nutr. So, then I reached out to Nutr on Instagram and TikTok, I have only received automated responses on Instagram and no human assistance. I have had prompt response on TikTok, but only to say that my information has been forwarded to Customer Service on August 30th, to which I have not received any e-mail/message/assistance from. Here is the problem: I received the Family Size Nutr (order #43056) after pre-ordering it months ago. From the first time I used it, on August 14th, to my disappointment, it failed to mill most of the almonds, leaving them to waste (I have photos that I attached to my e-mails). In short, the machine doesn't mill the almonds. When I login to my account, my order status still says that it hasn't shipped/been filled, therefore the website won't allow me to obtain the return shipping label. If someone at Nutr simply updated my order so that it was accurate, then I could return the machine and all would be solved. Why can no department at Nutr do its job properly? I will be filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Love the larger NUTR
I was using the original NUTR daily and running it twice for my oat milk. I love the larger size and the convenience of only having to run it once for how much I use daily.

Shipping was terrible which I suspect wasn’t Nutr’s fault. It was very delayed in getting here and it seemed like border security opened every package. Box was open as was the box containing the milk mixes. The delivery person once it came was super nice. That was a plus.

No response from company when requesting a return for noise
I have written twice so far asking for a return code. I wanted to like this, but the machine is far too loud for me. I have hearing loss and tinnitus and want to return my purchase. I hope I get a response soon.

I reached out twice via email (to the email address provided) to ask how I could start a return of our unused nutr product. There is only a 15 day window to make a return and I have heard absolutely nothing. It’s very frustrating because now it’s almost been 2 weeks since I received my product. Needless to say I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service. I would think that a company like this would be more attentive and responsive to their customers.

Delivery but no machine
after pre-ordering the family size and waiting months, I get a delivery yesterday and SO excited only to open it and discover there's no machine, only nuts, oats and drink mixes. BIg, big bummer.Still waiting on customer service to respond...

Shipping experience the one dark spot
$30 for shipping (plus $5 for some extra protection that you can't opt out of?) that takes two weeks? Most companies offer free shipping on pricey items and customers have come to expect that. I still paid it, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. And for that amount, delivery should be much faster.
