CAUTION ADVISED ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
I recently researched nut milk makers and chose this brand because it sounded like a good unit. I would advise all customers considering this product to carefully read the 'Returns' policy. If you have a defective machine, the company simply ignores your emails and there are so many problems with any returns that basically it is prohibitive. to do so.--and you will certainly never get a refund -ever. So be sure about this product before you order.and pay. My machine does not toggle properly The toggle is miniature and hard to read or press. with accuracy. A dark stain started in the bottom of the unit after two usages, using only organic almonds and filtered water. It is very hard to remove--and near to impossible to clean. completely. I tried using vinegar as was suggested--it doesn't work any better. It takes a lot of time to clean --so the clean function. is useless and I have to put my fingers next to a sharp blade to do so, as the blade is not separate from the unit. I don't know what this is, but I have seen other reviews that mentioned the same. The company is unresponsive by email or phone. I hear they are working on a new product, but with such poor service, I will not buy from them again.

Broke
I paid a lot of money for this item and I used it four times and the fifth time it did not work. I tried to call customer service twice and they did not respond. I would like to have my money back and waiting for a response but no such luck so far.

POOR UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I have reached out to customer support THREE times this month to purchase a replacement lid for my black model #N2B Nutr. NO RESPONSE!!!! The lid's edge has broken off as a result of being dropped. This is causing performance issues. Especially when making soy milk with the heating setting. Nutr has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. My machine is unusable because replacement parts are not available through customer service.

Paid, but never received
I bought this as a birthday present for my wife, which happens to fall right before Christmas. I understand getting backed up during the holidays, but I ordered this December 2nd, and it is now January 18th and I haven't received anything from the company. They sent me an email on the 3rd stating they were running behind, but were confident that it would ship within 10 days. After the 10 days were up, I sent an email to the help email account. Over the next few days and weeks, I followed up again a couple more times with no response (yes, i checked my spam folder too). I had to dispute the charge on my credit card, and the company still hasn't responded to that either. They have a few more days to respond before the file is closed. At one point, I received an email asking what I think of my new product, asking me to leave a review. So here I am, letting people know my story. The tough part is that my wife still wants the Nutr, so if someone would just respond to us and give us an update, we may still want it (against my better judgement). If there was any communication at all, I would say they got busy and mistakes happen. But I have sent multiple emails with no response, so at this point, I'm not holding out hope.

I received this as a present. The first one was faulty so I returned that one. The second one stopped working as well. I tried to contact them about replacing that one but I have not gotten any response.

Garbage
My daughter bought me one for my birthday. After a few uses it stopped working. Since it was under warranty they did replace it. Unfortunately, the replacement broke after a few months. Great idea but not great quality.

Nut milk with noise
I use this most days and really appreciate having the opportunity to make my own nut milk without using plastic containers from the store. However, the noise from these little machines is extremely loud and I need to set it to activate when I leave my home. Luckily, that works for me because I can have a fresh cup of milk after a workout and it cools by the time I come back. I recommend placing the device on a thick mat to lessen the noise and having some fans on when it is in use to cover up noise.

My credit card was billed as soon as I placed the order. it has beed three weeks and nothing. the company doesnot respond to requests for an update, they do not have a phone number , they do not have customer service. Before you place an order please look them up on the better bussiness website. They have an F rating with mutible claims of items never being shipped but payment is always taken.

I received my nutr and after trying it I’m wanting to return it. It is way too loud. I filled out the request for a shipping label 3 days ago and still haven’t received an email with the label and response.

Poor customer support
Experiencing extremely inadequate customer support. Purchased the product 2 years ago, used it approximately 10 times, and one part is broken. I am willing to pay for the replacement just need guidance and the process of purchasing. However, the representative has not been helpful, and there has been no response to my emails. Very disappointed on how they tracked the customer.

I love the NUTR but extremely disappointed with customer service. I had to pay customs on the FULL retail value versus the sale price I paid. The custom form they completed included the full price. I have emailed several times to get a price adjustment and no one from customer service has responded. Very disappointed.

Clean and simple
My boyfriend surprised me with this machine so I would have fresh, and natural almond milk for our morning coffee at home together. It’s my favorite way to start the day and NUTR is so easy to use and easy to clean ( according to him ) !
