I make milk every few days and love the taste and ease of using this machine. As a holistic nutrition coach, knowing there are no gut disruptors like emulsifiers, etc., in the milk I serve my family daily is 100% worth the investment. I highly recommend it 🤗

The machine is smaller than I expected. It makes a little under 2 cups, It can only be ran 2x then has to rest for an hour. Within 30 days of receiving it it stopped working. I emailed the company and never heard back. I don’t recommend this machine or the brand.

I see my original review has been removed. This product is a waste of money. It leaked before I could even use it. Company said they would send a new one but without confirming my address. I moved and when I told them their response was it was too late, the label had already been printed. Thank you Nutr for keeping my $200 and not delivering a product. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB.

I wish I could give zero stars because it’s not even worth one star. I might as well have thrown my $200 in the trash. Followed directions to the letter and the top doesn’t lock, and before you can even turn it on, the water leaks from the bottom. And good luck getting an acknowledgment from the company. I fell for their hype and feel like I was scammed. So disappointed all the way around. You’ll be better off just putting the ingredients in a Ninja blender.

Used this for the first time and the water leaked out of the bottom of the machine. Didn’t even get the chance to plug it in. Very disappointed.

It's easy to use but everything comes out grainy and I can't get the taste right. I feel like I've wasted money still buying store milk unfortunately

I am really happy with the Nutr and used daily (sometimes even twice!) but after about a month or so the panel stopped functioning. The return/replacement policy was easy to use and just waiting to get the replacement unit. It is great for use at the office to make pisctachio, pumpkin, cashew or almond milk.

I’ve followed the recipes; I don’t like the consistency of the milk. Ingredients don’t blend well or quickly and easily separates.

This machine is just a glorified blender. I think it’s a waste of money, I tried it a few times and the results were no better than when I’ve used my blender to make alternative milks. It’s also quite loud. Their customer service also was useless, I reached out to try to return the product so they could sell it refurbished and they stopped answering my emails after I asked them about a refund. Would not recommend this product or company to anyone unfortunately.

It’s ok, not great not bad. Doesn’t always grind all the nuts…recipes are a bit watery, no self cleaning mode, no built in filter but they do give you a strainer.

I absolutely love my Nutr machine ...I just received the family size!!! Time to go make some nut milk......!!!!

I place the machine in the Laundry room close the door and still hear it. I'm still trying to make a good oatmilk and still buying from the store.. :(

The company is either a joke or a scam. Not sure which, yet. They have taken my money and I have not received my product. (Paid in early August) There is zero customer service as they refuse to respond to my numerous emails. Do not waste your money with this “company”.

My one star review has been removed so we will see how long this one lasts. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! Buyers beware. I am writing this review to let potential buyers know that if you have any issues it will be next to impossible to get a “real” response from customer service. I have been trying to contact a live human for several days and only receive the same canned automated response, which is extremely frustrating. Shame on you NutR for making real communication impossible. It feels like a scam as I paid for items that I never received (going on two months) and will likely never see or get my money back.

Horrible

I ordered a Nutr Machine on June 30, 2023 - a birthday gift from my mother. My birthday was August 8. I live in western Canada (not central Asia). It should have been plenty of time for a package to arrive from Ohio to Alberta by ground shipping courier, even if it was longer than the 3-4 days promised. It is now September 28 and there is no sign of it. The Route tracking number is USELESS, as it apparently becomes redundant when the package is transferred from USPS to Canada Post. The package is obviously missing enroute and, with no telephone number on the Nutr website, I can't speak with a real person. I've sent an email to Nutr, trying to get help. No response. This is a disgusting, atrocious way to run a business and treat your customers. I could have ordered a Nutr from Amazon and I would have certainly received it within a week. But I wanted to patronize the original company. More fool me. Do not spend your money on this company. Their customer service is non-existent. They don't deserve your patronage.

I ordered a Nutr machine in August. When it arrived, it was a USED machine, and the little samples of the powdered mixes were opened. I reached out to customer service for over one week, and finally was able to hear back. They said to send it back to them, and that they would make sure to send me a brand NEW machine, which is what I ordered in the first place. It took a few weeks to finally receive the replacement- and when I unboxed it, it was another USED machine. Totally used- it was still dirty from someone else using it. My family and I were looking forward to trying the Nutr machine, but now we are left with such a negative impression of this company. Being in healthcare, I was so scared to attempt to use equipment that was used in someone else’s home, which could potentially put other’s at risk of consuming stuff left behind by another family. It was just so disappointing to us that Nutr would do this TWICE. And no one followed up with us after the shipment to try to make it right by reimbursing us the cost of the machine, or at least making sure to send a new, clean and functioning machine.

My machine shows an E2 sign when i plug in. No where in the manual does it mention what that means. Is it Error? Also I wish it was a little bigger to make atleast 2 glasses.
