Super efficient customer service. It's a nice touch to add a mailing bag inside the shoe box for returns. The returns service was simple and straightforward and my replacement items arrived in good time.

great

Had to half-size down (heed this advice!!) and the exchange was painless. The shoe itself is excellent, not as brutal to wear in as I was expecting, looks great. I'm from Northampton originally (now in Glasgow) so it feels good to have a wee connection to Northamptonshire and what it's known for!

Everything has been great, thanks.

Great quality and service, well worth the money. My order arrived really quickly and my new boots are beautiful.

Love everything about my boots , quality and looks . Great delivery time

Quick shipping just about a week it took to ship to Australia was quite surprised

Great size exchange process. Made it easy to change to a correct size without hassle or additional cost. Would use you again for footwear.

The shoes are incredible. I absolutely love them. Perfect fit. First wear was a big walking day and they were comfortable at the end of the day. Beautiful shoe.

Shoes entirely the fine quality you’d expect - shipping to NZ was amazingly speedy - just amazingly

shoes arrived fast, and didn't need any breaking in at all, which is down to the individual natural uppers: leather. it's a slight thing that you can't tell straight away unless you wear them on short walks at fist, and then take it from there. happy with them!

Lovely boots, will definitely buy from this store again. Had to send back for larger size but all handled quickly and efficiently. Well done 5* service.

Great experience and product.

Fantastic boots. I went 1/2 a size up but don't think it was necessary. Delivery was very quick to Australia

Great pair of boots to replace shoes over 10 years old. I look forward to at least another 10 years of wear.

Great service

Excellent. Quick service.

Prompt shipping to New Zealand, arrived ahead of estimate too!

Excellent boots, company & service. Will definitely be buying again in the future.

All ok
