Amazing customer service ! Due to some sizing issues I had to return my boots a couple times and the process was seamless and no one gave me a hard time about it. Love it !

Ordered a pair dealer boots and Derby boots. The Derby boots were slightly too big, so were returned for a smaller size. All done very easily, quickly and at no additional cost. The quality and style are excellent. I will be buying my next pair of shoes from Solovair.
