Very quick with the response and the solution.

Great service, quicker then expected delivery. Boots were comfortable stable out of the box and true to size. Will be buying from again.

Super smooth.

Customer service was great, I wanted the return pair sent to a different address since I was moving around, they fulfilled this quickly and without issue. The returns process was simple. The quality of the product speaks for itself, will be glad to shop here again.

Really pleased! Quick and effective delivery, plus the shoes themselves are fantastic. Super pleased

Chose the wrong size. Then exchanged it for the correct one. Emailed in to ask for expedited exchange as I needed the shoes for a friend’s wedding. Solovair shipped the new one once I dropped off the wrong sized boots at DHL and I got it a day before the wedding. The shoes fit perfectly. Thank you Solovair!

Thank you, I’m very pleased with my urban hiker boots, impressed by the easy exchange process due to fit and delivery was speedy in both cases. I realised after I should have exchanged the insoles too but trimmed down, so all's good. Hoping to do the factory tour one day but until then the website is very clear and helpful, although I must be on the cusp of size 6 to 6 1/2 since drawing my foot suggested the larger size, so it would be great to be able to try on various styles/sizes. Five stars!

Great quality insole could only be improved by adding arch support options (high, med, low).

Really fast shipping. Really good quality boots!

they are just fantastic!

Shoes are great, they’re comfortable and look good. Made in UK. Packaging is underwhelming for a premium product.
