41/2 really but needs a little steaming to soften the heels

Shoes arrived quickly. Great quality, lovely design

Shipping was very fast

Les bottes sont de belle qualité, elles sont solides, belles, parfaites quoi. La livraison a été très rapide aussi. Merci!

Great

Excellent

Excellent service and quality

Average service. I paid extra for swifter delivery service but got standard. Not an issue as the boots more than made up for it.

Recived them as advertised and promptly.

Easy to order and boots received without delay

Greys experience with ordering. Super easy. I was waiting a while for these to come in stock in the right size. I got a notification - great. I wasn't in for the delivery.... And the delivery company did a silly thing and left my package out the front of my busy terraced house. Got a replacement delivered within a day or two. So panic averted and super happy with the customer service of sorting this!

The shoes didn't fit, but they are wonderfully made, and you have such a lovely customer service team who was very helpful (thanks Viv!). It was such a joy to engage with a company staffed by real people who actually care. Thanks for all you do, and keep it up!

Spot on. I used your size guide and actually measured my feet for a great fit

All good

Once again 10/10 well done thank you

Very well made shoes and delivered in very quick time.

I will be back 😉😉

Great service, great company.

These are lovely shoes, sturdy but still elegant. Whole proceeds of ordering and delivery was very smooth.

Great product and service. Definitely buy again when the need arises.
