The foot size guide on the wedsite was very useful and allowed me to accurately measured my feet to Solovair shoe sizes. My boots arrived promptly and were packaged carefully. I like the fact that there was an extra postal bag enclosed in the box should a return have been necessary. The boots are great - so well made and warmer than any other on the market.

Amazing customer service ! Due to some sizing issues I had to return my boots a couple times and the process was seamless and no one gave me a hard time about it. Love it !
