Ordered two pair of boots, different sizes to be sure I got the perfect fit. The first pair I tried was perfect in size, so the other pair was returned. Very smooth, just print a supplied label on the same package the came in, and handed over for delivery. A couple of days later I was informed of the package being received and also refunded. Also very pleased with my new boots, Black Hi-Shine 8 Eye Derby Boot. 👍

The shoes are not the size that was indicated on the website. There it says UK 7. 5 equals size 41. 5 EU but in fact length wise its more like 43 EU.

Top notch. Had to swap for larger size. It was hassle free, intuitive and quick. It was in fact so quick, that some shops would struggle to have one order delivered meanwhile Solovair delivered one, checked the return and delivered different size in 10 days.
