I ordered the wrong size (my mistake), returned the items and received the right ones in no time. I’ll definitely order another pair of derby boots soon!

If you're planning to order these, order one size below of what you normally wear. I first ordered in size 10. 5 but they were waaayyyy too big, so I had to downsize. Other than that, I love these boots so much!! The gaucho leather is such a vibe and I love that it comes in such a pretty colour! It took about 10-12 days to fully break them in, and now they are SO comfy, and the few scratches and scuffs I got from stepping through some tree branches went right away after rubbing them with a warm damp cloth. This type of leather is really easy to take care of, the only downside of getting them in burgundy is that finding a non-neutral polish that matches the exact colour is near impossible. It's not that big of a deal though, since just an occasional application of dubbin is more than enough to keep them looking new. As for the customer service, it has been absolutely phenomenal! I had to change sizes twice (from 10. 5 to 9 to 9. 5), and switch to a different type of boots once too, and they were incredibly helpful with everything!

Envoie très rapide et service client très réactif. La pointure était trop grande et j'ai pu faire un échange rapidement. Malheureusement la taille en dessous était trop serrée mais j'ai pu retourner l'article et j'ai été remboursé rapidement (ça m'a couté 10€ de frais de port néanmoins ). Les chaussures étaient de bonne qualité de ce que j'ai pu voir, dommage qu'elles ne m'allaient pas.

Those boots are fantastic. When I first tried them on I had my doubts as they felt quite stiff and for a moment I thought they’re small. However, after a day in them I can surely say that I got the right size and now these are one of the most comfortable and stylish boots I ever had. Simply fantastic.
