Everything is very automised and nice overall, the only thing I didn't find easy was making a return. Had to print out so much stuff. It was a hasstle to get to a printer in a first place, because I don't own one, but then printing out not only the label, but also invoice AND confirmation email? That's a lot of papers, took me a good moment to find and prepare it all

Delivery was perfect: fast and accurate. I got my exact size and I am happy with that. Shoes look outstanding, with regular trousers and with slim jeans as well. I'm very satisfied.

Il faut simplement accepter la petite période d'adaptation nécessaire pour "faire" la chaussure, un petit effort pour un confort sur mesure qui durera des années.
