Fast shipping!

I’m sleeping on the couch, my wife’s boots are sleeping on my pillow ! She doesn’t want to leave them. So they are great.

One word for this companies products, support and customer service… excellence

NPS Solovair had lost my order and couldn't locate it. This happens, and it's a common problem in the IT world. I had a few people, including Joanne (special mention to her), who resolved the issue efficiently. I was therefore able to receive my pair of shoes in excellent condition and exactly as I had ordered. As always, NPS Solovair demonstrates professionalism and respect for its customers. Well done, and thank you again.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes that arrived within 2 days. They are things of beauty and comfort. I have 5 pairs now, and I am constantly impressed by the excellent quality, tremendous comfort and lasting wear.

I found the website very easy to use. Love my new boots. Absolutely delighted with them

Shipping was perfect, like 36h with DHL Express. The boots are very stylish and of a very fine quality! When you purchase you might consider going for a bit more length. 280mm feet measurement led me to Order 9,5UK. I figured the toes slightly touching the front of the toebox would maybe be a break in thing, but after a lot of wearing I think I should have gone a tiny bit longer. But otherwise great boots (better than the famous competitor, whose boots never went well with my feet).

great service, fast delivery, so far very satisfied

I was surprised that the shoes arrived so quickly. Good shoe, good quality, but the lining takes up space, leaving little room if you want to use insoles.

Always great craftsmanship and quality

Had to trade in my shoes for an bigger size, very fast process and delivery. Will buy again.

No problems

I had a defect with the first pair of shoes. I was sent a new pair in less than two days. Very happy with the style and quality of the shoe (despite the defect).

The item came very quickly, it was shipped in great condition, there were no damages on the packaging or the shoe. The shoes are very well made and fit perfectly. We prdered them one size smaller then needed as they fall a little larger, but we knew that beforehand so it was fine.

Top Boot. Very nice leather.
