Product is fine, just funny that I’m in Chicago and at one point the package was in New Berlin, WI. Then it went to Mississippi and came back to Chicago. Not Novelty’s issue, just funny…🙈

The customer service at Novelty Lights is outstanding. I had a 5' window section that I ordered a 5. 5 ten light string with lights 4" apart. Judgement error on my part. I was so happy to call Novelty lights to see about possibility of exchanging. Vikki was so helpful, patient and understanding and exchanged with a much better suggestion/recommendation. It is so nice to talk with a real person when calling and Vikki provided outstanding service.
