it was amazing how easy it was to get strings off of spool i’m impressed with that. I have been buying lights from Novelty lights for years and was getting 25 ft strings. Then i discovered they had bulk spools.

Very pleased. Arrived as promised. Lights burn bright and the quality is much better than the ones I got from Amazon that burned out in less than a year. I feel these will last several years.

I received a light base that lacked the metal plate at the bottom of the socket (apparently manufactured that way) that could not complete the electrical circuit for the light. I called and explained that I was looking to replace it rather than a refund and they immediately shipped a new one out! I could not ask for better customer service than I got from NOVELTYLIGHTS. I wikk be buying more from them in the near future!
