The customer service at Novelty Lights is outstanding. I had a 5' window section that I ordered a 5. 5 ten light string with lights 4" apart. Judgement error on my part. I was so happy to call Novelty lights to see about possibility of exchanging. Vikki was so helpful, patient and understanding and exchanged with a much better suggestion/recommendation. It is so nice to talk with a real person when calling and Vikki provided outstanding service.
