Have ordered their chicken breasts at least 1x every two weeks for the past 7 weeks. It's become a staple for my low histamine diet. I've added their low histamine chicken thighs into the rotation as well. Cook the breasts quickly on the stove top or in instant pot (8-mins) and thighs in instant pot for 12-13 mins. Trustworthy chicken meat!
