I'm disabled and really can make my own broth anymore. . i added 3 cups of water to this with cut up onions and celery with 1/2 turnip. This made a great broth to sip on, i will urchaseagain when on sale!

Have found so much pleasure in using Northstar Bison as one of my main sources for getting meat. I much prefer what many call "game" meat to eat. Have found with this last order however, when I order I am going to need to order enough to last me for quite a while. The arrival of these boxes in the office where they are delivered creates too much attention from other residents, and sadly too much envy. I've found that for many people it isn't so much a matter of whether someone has the money to spend to purchase meat from Northstar Bison or not, it is how one chooses to use the money they do have. Many of these people are going out to eat once, even twice per day, getting coffee at coffee shops, and really not doing a whole lot of cooking on their own. I choose not to eat out or waste money going to coffee shops, if I want flavored coffee, latte's etc, I will make my own for little to nothing. There are lots of other things people spend their money on that I don't, and I choose to spend mine on getting good quality healthy naturally raised meats and other foods. Thank you Northstar Bison, and many your days and efforts to help us be for many years.

The shipping took 4 days to get to California, but everything was still solid as a rock frozen and wrapped very well in bubble wrap and paper wrapping to keep it cold and not frost-bitten from dry ice.
