Preparation and shipping was acceptable. I have ordered this before so I know what to expect with the product and I appreciate the authenticity of how it was prepared.

I received this soap as a gift and had to ask the giver where they got it. This is hands down the best soap I have ever used, and I don't ever want to use anything else. It's perfect and lovely!
