North Star has a great variety of high quality meats that Are above a beyond anything you can get from the grocery Store. Their meat is way healthier and more nutrient dense by far.

These patties are easy to cook just right and less fat than beef also makes a good stir fry with veggies or chopped in a salad.

This is an excellent company, and I’m getting all of my bison products from them. As more people consume the more healthy red meat, bison I am hopeful that the price will drop dramatically for the working man this is heart Healthy and with my medical conditions it is the better choice over beef.
