This is the best meat I've every had. I slice it up in small bite size pieces and saute with butter. . . DELICIOUS 😋

These are awesome. I partially thaw and put them in a covered corningware with a little homemade vegatable stock, fresh herbs, carrots, mushrooms, celery, onions, brussels sprouts. Less than an hour from the fridge to the dinner plate.

I recently ordered their lamb shanks and love them. . . . so tasty in the instant pot. Everything I have tried from them so far has been wonderful!!
