Northstar Bison's ground Bison meat makes the most incredible pizza topping. It soaks up the spices and leaves the family full for hours. We also appreciate the awesome job they do packing our orders which always arrive frozen solid despite our Texas heat. Thank you, Northstar!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love Rocky Mountain Elk Ground Sirloin! The quality is exceptional—lean, clean-tasting, tender, and incredibly flavorful. You can truly taste the difference in a high-quality product. I’m very particular about the foods I buy, and this is one I feel wonderful about keeping in my freezer. It cooks beautifully, tastes delicious, and has become a favorite in my home. I will definitely be ordering it again. Five stars without hesitation!!

Since they stopped including cuts of fat with the new york strip, i've opted for the top sirloin. Cheaper with same great taste, just wish the new york strip had fat on it still. I have significant dietary restrictions and my fat sources are very limited :(

Try to check out and nothing happens. Left the SHOP part and used my login same problem. Nothing happens. had a similar problem the last and it magically cleared. this time it would not let me check out. And I was really looking forward to a Hump Roast and steaks.

This is the best tasting chicken - so flavorful and good. My wife is histamine-intolerant and we started ordering chicken from north star bison, it doesn't disappoint. She always had reaction to store-bought chicken and we did a blind test on northstar bison chicken and costco chicken - no reaction to northbison and pretty bad one to costco(itching, gi issues, etc. ). Highly recommend!

I placed my first order with Northstar Bison for a small amount of chicken and sliced turkey. Shipping was already expensive at $20. 95. The package was delayed by UPS, arrived with no dry ice left, and the product was completely thawed. They told me to throw it away. Because I did not pay their optional $2. 45 Route insurance, the company refused any refund, replacement, or even store credit. Their response (including after I escalated to ownership) was essentially: “It’s our policy. We apologize, but the entire loss is yours. ” This is terrible customer service and a bad-faith business practice. They charge a high shipping fee that already includes packaging, the box, labor, and dry ice, then refuse to share any responsibility when the product arrives unusable. Shifting 100% of the risk onto the customer for the sake of a $2. 45 optional add-on is not standing behind your product — it’s protecting their margins at the customer’s expense. A simple gesture of goodwill would have kept a new customer. Instead, they lost me permanently. I will never order from Northstar Bison again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before buying from them. Read their shipping policy carefully and understand that without their extra insurance, you are on your own if anything goes wrong. When a company refuses any goodwill on a ruined order, it tells customers everything they need to know.
