Very rude front desk

Northern Reflections has been my go to store for 99% of my wardrobe for many years. I love their swing dresses for the summer. My local store has very friendly staff who go out of their way to assist me. One tip, please bring in even more petite size clothing. I appreciate you selling petite coats this spring.

Experience was good, however when ordering sale items online would be nice to be able to return them if they don't fit. Find sizing very difficult to judge, I have tops in small, medium and large all from Northern Reflections.

The shirt was as expected or better. Shipping was fast and shirt was well packaged. Was unsure of which size to get so ordered two different sizes. No problem returning the one that didn’t fit.

I used a gift card to order these jeans and it all went very smoothly. Received them in a timely manner. I will definately place orders in the future.

If you have to return something they check you photo id. Never had that happen in a store. Its a bit ridiculous. It is your product why such a hassle. The employees i have delta with are always so nice.
