Quick delivery to store, very happy with Northern Reflections

Shipping good, service good…. Just find I order something ,,,then two or three weeks later you have it on sale! Bit frustrating…the clothes on sale are worth the buy, but not at the original price

I was notified by phone when my parcel arrived, but I must have forgotten to pick it up. The staff at my local Nortjern Reflections were kind to call me and then I picked up my 2 new cotton tee shirts. . . which I find very cool and co. fortanle to wear.

Always good apart from one issue last fall/winter for an order on line which was not resolved to my satisfaction. Store staff are always very pleasant and helpful. I do have to travel over half an hour to get to any store in the Ottawa area.

I picked up my order at the store. The order came in a short time. You don’t seem to use Canada Post any more for delivery and I don’t like having my order left on my front step. Canada Post leaves the orders in the locked boxes at the mail pick up site. My only complaint is the length of the petite pants now. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with Northern Reflections.
