I am enjoying the online shopping with pick up at the store for sizes that I already know. The staff is friendly and I am going to do some in store shopping soon because the ads are working and the sales are favourable.

I just about didn’t order on line. The last few experiences were terrible. I got my order shipped out to the store and surprisingly was there in a very short time. I was waiting months for my last orders.

I was in the Brantford Northern Reflections on Saturday. The lady I usually see was not working that day. Two other ladies were in the store. They were not helpful at all and I had to keep getting dressed and undressed to get a different size. Eventually I just serviced myself. I was very disappointed. When I asked about certain items I felt like I was bothering them.
