I am quite often in my local NR store, but when I can’t get there, I order online and have it shipped to the store. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Sales associate Laurie from Southland Mall, Regina was outstanding. At a time when customer service has fallen by the wayside, it was refreshing to walk into a store that understands how important it is to take care of their customers. Laurie was attentive, knowledgable and by listening to what I was looking for, she was able to put together the perfect outfit. The quality of clothing is good, but it’s the friendly professional staff that matter. They are the people who are keeping the brand alive and gaining repeat customers. I will return.
