Disappointed with the quality

I loved shopping g at the Northern Reflection Store in person. It has been about 2 years since they closed the store in my area. I still miss not being able to shop in person. What is difficult for shopping online is that if the size does not fit properly returning it and reordering will cost me more. I shopped a lot at the store in person and bought a lot when I could shop in person. That is what I miss the most.
