Have been shopping with Northern Reflections since 1990? I'm still wearing most of what I gave bought over the years. Always good quality clothing, good service.

I buy online as no store close by, so far, delivery is good, affordable sale prices, the website is easy to navigate, payment is secure, only once i did not get an item I ordered, no reason given in packing slip.

The service and delivery of the parcels are usually timely. The staff at the stores are very pleasant an courteous.

I have shopped Northern Reflections for years. Not sure I like the on line ordering lately, but they still are my #1 store. Most of my clothes are from this company. I would buy pants/ crops but I find the thighs too roomy. Over all I highly recommend Northern Reflections.

Love ordering on line. So easy, good discounts fast shipping. If I have returns I take them to the store but I only returned one thing. I found the spring collection to be amazing. The clothes are very well made, the sweaters and tops do not pill which is a pet peeve of mine. I love the tops which include the Canadian flag and/or the red leaf. Proud to buy Canadian clothes.
