Northern Reflections at Upper Canada Mall is more than just a store; it's a home away from home. In addition to the wonderful variety of clothing and accessories it offers, the great sales and convenience for shopping for multiple generations in one store, Anne Marie and the other staff at Upper Canada Mall offer impeccable customer service. The staff are so welcoming, it feels like visiting a local boutique, a friend's house or your salon. It's not just a shopping experience; it's a rejuvenating social experience that feels warm and personal. The customer service from the staff is my favourite of all the stores in Upper Canada Mall. I've said many times in the past, I should leave them a review somewhere, so now finally I am! I would like to praise Anne Marie especially. She knows exactly who we are when we enter the store, picking up from where we left off. She knows our stories, shopping habits, gives a warm feeling of familiarity, comfort and respect, and she remembers what we like so she can recommend us catered choices. I am very saddened to see Northern Reflections is leaving Upper Canada Mall. I hope it comes back, as I don't live near another location. I prefer shopping in-store rather than online, and I can shop at other stores, but without the staff, it's not the same. And of course, I love the clothing and jewellery! The staff helped me pick out and package to take home dozens of necklaces this past year. I'll really miss the store. I'm very sad to see the store and staff go, but first I wanted to express what they mean to me.

Placed an order on December 1, 2025, for my Dad to give to my mom for Christmas. Bought 3 things instead of 1, to get to the free shipping amount. Now, 4 weeks later, and nothing has shipped, I had to give pictures as the gift. Very disappointed thati the items did not arriving in time for Christmas.

Delivered 1 item out of 2. The item not delivered was marked with a 0 on the delivery papers…. I waited 2-3 weeks and inquired . . a day later they answered my email and told me with a 0 it means it’s out of stock. Perhaps I was supposed to know that…. although when checking online, it appeared it was in stock in my size and colour. Not impressed.

Have loved and been purchasing the majority of my wardrobe from NR for years, but lately I'm finding the clothing too bright and colorful. . . would appreciate more neutral layers. . . also longer length (mid-calf) nightgowns. Thank you for so many cotton options!

I had received my orders in a timely manner, but since Northern Reflections has been updating their system, things have taken longer to arrive.

But I am frustrated by limited inventory across all petite pants products. As well by odd patterns on tops. They look dated and often like sponge art. Try harder to cater to both middle age customers: ones that like geese and others who like an impressionistic/abstract flowers, buildings, designs. I know it's hard to keep everyone happy but from. A business growth vision, there is a large market you don't attract.
