Funky tasting water
I really wanted to love this product but so far everything I drink from this cup tastes bad. Even after washing it several times. Maybe I got a bad one or the straw is holding saliva. Idk but I'm not impressed.

Really like this brand and I will start looking at other things to buy. My main interest is environmentally friendly, plastic free, and healthy. Ello seems to have all of these.

The retractable straw gets stuck in ice. The coffee cup doesn’t keep coffee hot very long.

Shipping on time Ceramic mugs are the go to in my house 3rd cup Jane cup we have purchased Yuca online does not give this color any justice. In person this color is beautiful I would love for yall to add more colors

If you had a rating above great I would do it. I would definitely give five stars! I was never much of Stanley fan since I thought they were too bulky. My buddy also said they leaked if you turned them. I originally started with the cute little bag for snacks at work, then the food containers. This purchase I got the coffee tumbler and the 24 oz Ello cup. First let me say that they both do not spill, fits in my car holder, and the best part so EASIER to clean. The coffee tumbler one for sure pops off for an easy clean onlike some bottle brands that you need pitch or get moldy since you can't get that tough spot. I would definitely recommend this brand! Ello is amazing. Thanks for making my life easier with drinks. :)
