I love love it so much, the concept is super duper good! I just wish it came with a more solid environmental straw. Like a metal straw (which I would totally buy if you did it)

This replacement lid was misleading
This replacement lid was misleading i have the stainless steel 22oz bottle and thought this would fit. It does not, and there are no returns on replacement lids so it is useless to me

Low Quality Lids throughout
The lid broke within two months. Replacements are always sold out. I contacted them and was sent a bright pink lid for my son’s blue bottle. Our first Ello bottle was the Colby kids one and my son had it through almost 3 grades. It was tough. We loved it so much I decided to buy us all Ello bottles. This would be our bottle brand. But the new kids bottles lid break super easily. One drop and it’s unusable. I had gotten my husband a 40oz bottle and his lid also broke right away which I replaced. All in all, either the quality just tanked or the Colby bottle was their only good one. Very disappointed. Quality not there. These things are too expensive to be replacing all the time.

Iced coffee will never be
Iced coffee will never be the same! I love these tumblers and I take every opportunity I can to talk to anyone and everyone about it. I get so many compliments! My coworkers loved it so much that I had to order another stainless steel tumbler because they stole it :’( as sad as I am, I can’t blame them, these are great products!

Perfect fit in my car
I love the Car cup! It is so nice to have a glass cup that can fit in my car’s cupholder. I do wish that it had a glass straw to eliminate all the plastic so I might get a different straw.
