I find the online shop a little difficult to use. NOOPII is amazing and I recommend the product to everyone but particularly when using ur phone the login process and adjusting your order is a little prolonged.

I have my little bean (now 9 weeks old), she has only used these nappies and has not had one nappy rash! When I sized her up from newborn the first pack I opened had a few defects from packing, but the issue and replacement pack was quickly sent out. Highly rate these!

These nappies are the best. Super absorbent for those overnight stretches but also so great for sensitive skin. My little one has very sensitive skin and these are the only nappies that don’t cause her any skin issues.

I love the Noopii’s products but I’m not sure if I will continue with the monthly subscription anymore if the delivery service cannot be solved. Please have a chat with your third party!!!!I have to collect the parcel at the depot every single time. They should stop leaving missed parcel leaflet behind when they were right outside and I was home. Actually, they didn’t even bother to leave anything behind the other time. It’s becoming frustrating and very inconvenient.

Love the nappies and wipes but the online subscription is a bit hard to manage especially if you’re wanting to change sizes I’ve had to cancel my subscription and start a new one as I’m unable to change the product online.

Decided on Noopii after the sample packet and loved how absorbent the nappy is and just the quality overall and the plan white branding and print. The quality to us is value for money.

I love love noopii nappies, by far superior to other brands. However it’s hard navigating the subscriptions portal and I end up with the wrong size nappies because details haven’t saved, and tbh I just wish there was a warehouse up here in the North Island so delivery was abit quicker especially with order mix ups etc.

Nappies are amazing we started with a sample before buying. Baby sleeps long through the night because she doesn't feel wet. We do our last nappy change at midnight and she was waking around 4am for a feed and change she now sleeps to 6-630. She wakes up dry no moisture left behind on her skin like other brands do.

I’ve been getting Noopii nappies and wipes on subscription for a few years now. Such great quality, good on baby’s skin and so handy to be able to subscribe and not have to worry about running out. Highly recommend.

Your new website is horrible to use due to these reasons: - You can't update your credit card details (there is some sort of bug), so after trying to get assistance from your customer service team I gave up and cancelled my subscription and started a new one. I was a little disappointed at we didn't get the free bear that was promised with all new subscriptions, as mine was also a new subscription (even tho, I only did this as I could not update my credit card details). - Adjusting the weeks you want your subscription to come is a pain, cause if you realise you're almost out of nappies, you just want to be able to select a date quickly, rather than trying to work out how many weeks since your last delivery, and therefore which number of weeks to select to get your nappies to arrive. I even started buying nappies at the supermarket for a while to avoid your website. Multi carton discounts have not been applied before even through the subscription, and when I pointed it out, there was no offer to reimburse me this amount or take it off my next order. Products have been delivered to the wrong address before as well (not Noopii's fault but still frustrating).
