Love the nappies but have been unimpressed with the service -particularly of the promotions. False advertising for a $50 Jamie Kay voucher with a subscription that never amounted to anything.

I have a subscription service, and there is a long delay between the order being made and the product dispatched. I have moved my date to allow for this week delay to ensure I don't run out of nappies. Nappies are great and continue to use them.

Awesome nappies. Very absorbent, so I use less overall nappies vs other brands.

Really love your products and subscription service. Delivery could be better, sometimes it takes up to 4 days for my order to arrive which is sometimes frustrating waiting for our nappies. If you offered courier 2 day service it would be amazing!

Unfortunatley I had issues with the subscription service where it kept saying the money could not be taken, even though my card was uploaded and active.

Love Noopii nappies, they’re genuinely the best - never any rashes, and great absorption. Wipes are perfect too. Also love having the subscription option - means we never run out and delivery is always quick. Just hate the ‘magic link’ function to access the subscription page - super annoying and inefficient with time. Love it if the platform just returned to being accessible via the logged in profile.
