Everything is delivered promptly and prices are so reasonable, especially on products which normally are not stocked in Australia (and therefore retailers who do stock them hike the price up a lot). Plus the personalised touch of a pouch and voucher in the delivery box really puts the cherry on top. I’m so glad to see an Australian business thriving and maintaining such a high level of customer service. The delivery was fast, received free express shipping after placing order on Wednesday morning it had arrived by lunch time Thursday, just 24 hours later! Their online chat system is super handy as well for any quick queries. Although I was having an issue with express shipping not being an option, after 10 minutes of troubleshooting I ended up figuring out that it was because I had a flammable item in my bag. You would think they would’ve figured that out especially after asking what was in my bag. The service assistant however remained professional and apologetic when I had identified the problem myself. Will shop here again
