Customer service really lacks. Package was missing parts, tried to call the customer service nimber multiple times and left messages with no reply. Tried their chat function and got a simple message to submit a photo of package contents which I did. After several days I tried again with no response. After a week they asked for a description of the parts I was missing to which I sent the second photo and to date no response. The components I received were very good quality but I can't put the lift together as it should be.
