Called and checked on part availability, spoke with a very nice woman who confirmed part number and that part was available in stock I entered order on line and had it in hand 3 days later.

Items were as expected and packed well. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected but it was probly normal for for these days especially with the PO. I am glad I got them with the original part number for my truck as if something were to happen that required warranty work, the dealers these days can be a bit fussy when they know I do my own oil changes. So I use factory parts while under warranty. Thanks again.

I ordered a combination switch for my car and it was supposed to include 2 parts but I only recieved half the order. I pre-scheduled an appt with the dealership to have the parts installed based on the delivery date and had to cancel it due to this mistake.

My Driver’s side front door window switches were acting up. I had previously ordered one for my wife’s 2007 Altima off eBay and it was faulty and didn’t work properly. The only solution was to order one from Nissan. I placed my order and verified VIN through website, which I highly recommend, and payed. The order confirmation came quickly and each step after that I was sent an alert. Delivered through USPS I watched it move through the system. Delivery was acceptable. Product was well protected inside the box, inside a plastic bag and wrapped in bubble wrap. Installed it in less than ten minutes and works great. I would highly recommend buying from here online or go to your local Nissan dealer. When I have my next gremlin pop up I will definitely be checking Nissan Wholesale Direct first.

One of the parts I ordered wasn’t available from the manufacturer when i placed the order. Unfortunately, Nissan Wholesale’s computer did not update my order when the part was available. When I found the part availablele at another Seller, I contacted Nissan Wholesale by phone. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and got my order sorted out. The parts were shipped 2 days after the phone call and I received them a few days later. The parts arrived well packed and in good condition. Excellent customer service!
