Prices are better, even if just by a few $$, than many other wholesale or after market vendors that I compared. Customer service is easily accessible and was helpful and delivery time was reasonable. Product availability also good. Not everything is available, but I got all the important things I needed.

Expected the part to arrive on Friday, but it arrived on Wednesday, so I had it programmed and installed on Thursday. Now the car runs great.

The parts I needed at a reasonable price.

I feel the "FREE Shipping" was misleading because at check-out, in actuality, it was actually only $50 off of the shipping cost. Additionally, in-house order processing seemed to take longer than expected for (2) in-stock items. Other than that, the parts were packed well in order to minimize any transit damage and once turned over to shipper they were delivered within a couple of days.
