Part was more then described, picture in catalog should be updated to eliminate confusion. Shipped USPS, postal service misrouted it multiple times, took 2 weeks to arrive.

Website and handling of the package were good. But the part is not working. Need to replace it.

The part felt cheap like thin plastic. One of the tabs that holds the emblem came bent and now seems like it could easily break off after straightening. The emblem doesn’t snap or stay in place and could easily fall off.

Ordering was easy. Part shipped quick. I had already ordered one, but the other place said it was cancelled. Showed up anyway. Now I don’t need this one. I submitted a request for a return (totally unopened, still in the box they sent it in)… they said they’d reach out in two to three business days… that was a week ago. If that process goes smoothly, I’ll likely buy from them again. I have an older Nissan product that’s hard to find parts for. If it doesn’t… I’ll amend my review accordingly.
