We had a sun damaged / cracked defroster vent for a limited edition platinum reserve. I could not find the part anywhere so I decided to order a trim color that would match as closely as I could. Nissan Wholesale Direct reached out to me before shipping and said that the part number that I ordered did not match my Vin# trim package. They asked if I still wanted them to ship me the part. This was impressive to me that they wanted to ensure that I didnt order the wrong part and they took the time to confirm my order a second time before sending out the part. The good news is that the part fit perfectly and honestly, the color is not that far off. My wife hasn't even noticed the difference. She's happy. I'm happy. So thank you to Nissan Wholesale Direct for the confirmation email and great customer service.
